Private Sector Counts
Publication Date: 08/01/2016

Private Sector Counts illuminates the role of the private health sector in family planning. Based on Demographic and Health Survey data from developing countries, this tool allows users to view modern contraception prevalence globally, regionally, and at the country level by method and source of supply (public or private) over time. With this tool, donors and implementers will have the data they need to design country programs using a total market approach to increase access to quality services and expand method choice.
