Commitments

In 2017 Doctors of the World/Médecins du Monde (MdM) made an FP2020 commitment in support of Every Woman Every Child. MdM is working to provide access to Family Planning to one million people including 150,000 young people between the ages of 10 and 24. Working with local and national partners, MdM plans to invest approximately EUR 39.6 million from January 2017 through December 2020 in sexual and reproductive health programs that will improve the prevention and management of unwanted pregnancies by strengthening health systems, empowering rights holders, and promoting healthy public policies adapted to the specific needs of youth.
