USAID spends N9.12bn on family planning, health interventions in Nigeria

The United States Agency for International Development said it had spent N9.12bn, about $30m, to promote family planning and other health interventions in Nigeria. The Director of Health, Population and Nutrition, USAID Nigeria, Dr Nancy Lawanthal, announced this when she briefed journalists at the ongoing 4th National Family Planning Conference in Abuja on Tuesday.
