Commitments

In 2012, ActionAid committed to promoting a transformative understanding of the sexual and reproductive health of women, one that reflects the importance of women’s sexual health, sexuality and control over their bodies, and the importance of eradicating violence and exclusion against women. With the goal of fulfilling its commitments by 2017, ActionAid pledged to work with women on the community level and government on all levels to deliver policies, quality services, programs, and legislative frameworks to guarantee women full enjoyment of their rights.
